The author doesn’t grant any assurance for the topicality, correctness, wholeness or quality of the offered information. My external Links are a subjective selection of references to other internet sites. For the content of these sites the respective operators/authors themselves are responsible and liable. I dissociate myself clearly from possible illegal, personality-hurtful, morally or ethically unsavory contents. Please inform me in case I should link to such an offer.

Peter Müller as the content supplier is responsible for his own contents that he holds for utilization according to the general laws. Cross-references ("Links") to contents of other suppliers have to be handled differently. For these extern contents I’m only responsible, if positive knowledge is available about them (i.e. also about an illegal respectively condemnable content) and if it is technically possible and reasonable to prevent utilization of it (§5 paragraphs 2 TDG).

"Links" are always "living" (dynamic) references. I checked the extern contents before I linked to them for the first time to avoid any possible civil law or criminal responsibility caused by them. However, the content supplier is not indebted per TDG to check the contents he’s referring to constantly for changes that could justify a responsibility again.
